I took the Kyoto sightseeing inn in Kusatsu, so I used it.I visited on Sunday night before the holiday. It was quite crowded and I didn't make a reservation. I was seated outside (storefront) surrounded by vinyl, but I could use it comfortably because the wind from the stove was blowing. It was the first time that Bagna Cauda's vegetables were available in both the boiled and grilled sauces.  It is a nice service for drinking Minami wine.
